By using what is natural to the horse's behaviour and biomechanics we can proactively decrease for our horse's need for flight ... which is the source of spooking. Principals to be discussed will be ... 1) Frame of body is frame of mind 2) Bend is your friend 3) The difference between bending and folding your horse 4) You're in good hands 5) Thinking ahead of your horse and staying in the moment at the same time Participants ...
