Dirty Laundry
None of us enjoy doing laundry at the best of times, but what do you do about all those stinky, dusty, dirty  and quite often muddy horse blankets and saddle pads? Put them in your washing machine? I don’t think so? Take them to a Laundromat? Maybe. Powerwash them yourself? Maybe.

For those that aren’t up for the task themselves, here are a few solutions that Equine Niagara News has run across:

Horse Blanket Cleaning & Repair by Lorraine and Christine – Three convenient locations for drop-off/pick-up: Smithville, 5811 Young Street, Grimsby;  Little Oak Farm, 282 Sobie, Beamsville; Tack Connection, 4107 Quarry Rd., Beamsville. Contact: Christine : 905 957 5391 or Lorraine 905 309 1903  or email mnlhorsepros@aol.com Tack Connection 905 563 1174 ask for Lorraine

Horse Laundry & Blanket Repairs by Brenda Belair 522 Sixteen Road, Ridgeville (Cedar Ridge). Call 905-892-6468

Greenhawk is now offering blanket cleaning and tack repair at select locations. Email equinesolutions@greenhawk.com for further details.
